Movement break scheduler

The research-backed answer to "how often should I move?" is every 30–60 minutes. This tool turns that into an actual schedule: set your workday, pick a frequency, and download the breaks straight into your calendar so your computer nags you instead of your conscience.

Events start tomorrow. Nothing leaves your browser.

    How the schedule is built

Breaks are placed at your chosen interval, starting one interval after your day begins and stopping before it ends (you don't need a reminder to leave).

The .ics file is standard iCalendar text generated in your browser — it opens in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook. Each break is a 5-minute event starting tomorrow; tick "repeat daily" and each event carries a daily recurrence rule you can trim to weekdays in your calendar app.

Nothing is uploaded anywhere; the file is built on your device.

Pyup turns this into a habit: it pings you for movement breaks and walks you up a push-up pyramid, one small set at a time. Free on iPhone and Mac.
