Deskercise dice
Decision fatigue kills more movement breaks than laziness does. So don't decide — roll. The dice picks one of 20 desk-friendly exercises, each doable in 60 seconds with zero equipment and minimal audience awareness. Read the how-to, hit the timer, done.
Roll for your 60-second exercise
Twenty desk-friendly moves, one die. No equipment, no gym clothes, no witnesses required.

How it works
Each roll is a uniform random pick from the 20 moves (nudged only to avoid handing you the same one twice in a row). The built-in timer counts a plain 60 seconds.
The moves are ordinary, well-known exercises — nothing experimental. Use a sturdy, non-rolling chair for anything that involves the chair, skip anything that hurts, and treat this as a movement snack, not a training program.
Runs entirely in your browser. Your dice rolls remain between you and your desk.
